Stuffed In A Trunk Abduction Prevention Seminar: Saturday Sep 12th  1:30 – 2:30 PM

This fun, practical event is a must for people with children.  Participants will learn abduction-defeating methods for not being put in  a vehicle.   This event will take place on the Suffield Town Green.  FREE

Parent Assistant Training: Classroom: Monday Sep 14th  10  – 10:30 AM

Learn how to take attendance, give out patches and do a large number of small things to help the senseis do what they do best!

Sparring Class: Thursday Sep 24th  6  – 7  PM

To help prepare for theTournament, we are offering extra training for our students aged 11 & up.   Sparring is like tag with your hands and feet – heavy contact is not allowed.  Come play for fun or to get ready for the  FREE

For The Win Grappling Seminar: Saturday Sep 26th  10  – 11:30 AM

Students will learn important leadership lessons about the attitudes of a winner while playing wrestling and grappling games.   FREE
